At Branches Outpatient Mental Health Services, we prioritize your mental well-being from the very beginning. Our intake process is designed to be seamless, accessible, and supportive. Whether you prefer an in-person assessment or the convenience of telehealth, we’ve got you covered.

Intake Process Overview

Monday thru Friday — No Cost Assessments

  • Assessments are available at our outpatient building and through telehealth.
  • Our Care Center in the main hospital is open for assessments outside of regular business hours.

Admission Paperwork and Orientation

  • After completing an assessment, whether at our outpatient building, main hospital or via the call center, patients are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior to the group session.
  • During this time, admission paperwork is completed, and a comprehensive orientation is provided outlining program expectations.
  • For virtual attendees or those who prefer it, we offer the option to receive and submit paperwork online through Adobe Sign before admission.

Flexible Appointments

  • Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are preferred to ensure prompt attention.
  • Our staff is trained and qualified to handle all aspects of the intake process.

Direct Admits and Access to Leadership

  • We facilitate direct admits to expedite the process and ensure timely access to our services.
  • Patients have access to our leadership team, including the Director of OP Operations or a qualified Registered Nurse who oversee assessments.

Ease of Access and Location

  • Our outpatient building is strategically located for ease of access, ensuring a hassle-free experience for our patients.
